Features
Daily limit and block screen
Choose a daily screen time limit (30 minutes to 8 hours). You are warned 15 and 5 minutes before it runs out; then a block screen appears.
Focus mode
Start a session of 5 minutes to 3 hours; every app except the ones you exempted is closed. A Quick Settings tile starts one with a single tap.
Bedtime
Set a start and end time for the night; between them, apps are closed by the block screen.
App limits
Give individual apps their own daily time (5 minutes to 4 hours). When it runs out, only that app is closed.
Stats
Today's screen time, your most used apps, how many times you unlocked your phone, a 7-day chart, a weekly report and a home screen widget.
Small tasks for extra time
To keep going, first complete a task you chose: 4-7-8 breathing, an escaping PIN button, a memory game or a walk (on devices with a step counter).
Streaks, levels and achievements
Build a streak with days under your limit, earn XP, and collect 26 achievements and 3 daily quests that refresh every day.
Friend lock
Optional: once it is on, raising your limit or turning protection off needs a 6-digit code held by a friend you trust. If you lose the code, you can remove the lock after a 24-hour wait.
Stays on your device
No internet permission, accounts, ads or analytics, and no accessibility service. The phone app, settings and home screen are never blocked.
